Hello, I am Ritu.

After twenty years in the corporate world it was not exhaustion, not burnout but a wall that I couldn’t name. On paper, I was flying — green dashboards, strong teams, global scope. Inside, I’d stopped moving. I now call it Leader’s Block® : feeling blocked even when you’re “succeeding”.  My first book is called that too. 

Today, as an executive coach, author and global keynote speaker I help leaders and organisations build sustainable performance by recognising, acknowledging and overcoming this block.   

As I continue to work with organizations and leaders across the globe, another pattern surfaced. In mixed leadership rooms, women would come up to me during break and say, “Ritu, this won’t work for us because…” When I urged them to voice it inside, they would  say, “We’ll be judged...” That wasn't a lack of empowerment. It was a lack of safe space.

So, I rewrote the rules — first for myself and then with my clients. Rewrite the Rules became a book and a podcast—a platform for relatable role models. Today I run cohort-based programs for high-potential women leaders in all levels of leadership. Not to “fix” women—but to change outcomes.

Based in Singapore, I am committed to helping leaders overcome barriers, find renewed purpose, and make a lasting difference for themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
