  • This program is designed by Ritu G. Mehrish, a senior executive and team coach and author of Leader’s Block and Rewrite the Rules. Ritu brings with her 20+ years of corporate experience and has coached more than 100 women leaders in over 15 countries in the region. 

  • We offer a 6 month long modular coaching program based on the 5 key pillars of leadership - confidence, visibility, networking, balance and growth. 

    The program is divided in 3 key modules - Develop, Contribute and Accelerate which enables leaders to create their own leadership signature, expand their contribution and advance in careers. 

    The program can be rolled out in hybrid or virtual environments.  

  • The Rewrite the Rules program is designed for high-potential women leaders from mid to senior levels. Women who are ready to take on their next challenge. It caters to ambitious professionals looking to enhance their leadership skills, increase their visibility, and make a greater impact in their organizations.
